The Crown is a restaurant and bar focused on building community and celebrating our Southern Appalachian heritage and foodways through modern, innovative takes on traditional regional cooking using local and wild ingredients as much as possible. We combine a nostalgic love for the foods of our heritage and a curiosity of global cuisine. Our mission is to foster community and set a new higher standard for food and beverage quality, employee welfare and environmental sustainability for the area, and to provide a gathering space and experience as unique as the diverse and eclectic community we serve.
