Have you heard?! Our local mayors and WKRK have partnered with us and Murphy Health & Fitness to create a fun contest to make health and wellness a priority in Cherokee County.

Mayor Ramsey, Mayor Reid, and Tim Radford of WKRK are participating in the 20/30 program at MHF and the gentleman to lose the least weight will have to literally shave some pounds! Well, actually our very own Becca McNabb will get to shave the loser's head!
