Description

This class provides training for concealed carry cetification in North Carolina and Florida. Georgia residents, though not required by law to comlete training in order to obtain a concealed carry permit, nonetheless, are strongly encouraged to take this class. By North Carolina law, it contains a minimum of 8 hours of classroom instruction, including 2 hours on North Carolina law, plus additional time qualifying at the range.

There is a 30 round minimum shooting qualification, so it is recommended that you bring at least 50 rounds, along with the holster and sample garment that you will use for concealment. Prior to live shooting, the instructor will lead you through dry practice exercises that will prepare you for the shooting qualification.

Price includes official NCJA textbook, "Concealed Carry Handgun Training," written examination on the law, and Certificates of Completion (for qualifiers). Coffee and water, along with a light lunch, are provided. No live ammo is permitted in the classroom.
