Meet the Winemaker Dinner

Description

Nathan Kandler graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Enology in 2003 and worked at Testarossa in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Torbreck Winery in Australia's Barossa VAlley. Nathan has worked at the Thomas Fogarty vineyard since 2004 and officially became winemaker in 2012. This will be a unique opportunity to learn about wines from the winemakers perspective. Tickets must be purchased in advance as spaces are limited for this special event. We will be tasting the following wines: 2014 Skyline White, Central Coast 2014 Skyline Red, Lodi 2014 Chardonnay, Santa Cruz Mountains 2014 Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz Mountains Chef Jeff will be creating a paired dinner to accompany these wonderful wines that will consist of small plates from the current menu as well as a few creations specifically for this pairing.
